The delivery time presented in the delivery methods is counted in working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of delivery. Delivery time is estimated because once the order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time may be affected by many factors that are beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, public holidays in the country of destination, border situation in transit countries, operational delays of the carrier, etc.). We recommend ordering items in advance.
All items will be dispatched to the address given on the order details. Make sure it is correct and include both door number and the street name. We cannot change the delivery address after the package has been shipped. Please ensure that somebody is available on the given address to collect the parcel. If the parcel will be returned because you provided an incorrect address or you did not collected the parcel we will deduct the return shipping cost from a refund as we are charged by the carriers in such situations.
For buyers located outside the European Union: import duties, taxes and other local fees are not included in the item's price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Since BREXIT this also applies to buyers from the United Kingdon (except Northern Ireland). Customers are solely responsible for complying with local laws. We are not responsible for shipments stopped by the customs office in the country of destination or destroyed by the customs office in the country of destination due to illegal goods in the country of destination.

We offer 30 days return policy as a standard. If you order incorrect item or you no longer need it, it can be returned for a refund.
