Returns

According to the European laws on consumer rights customers buying online have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the item without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the purchased item. To meet the expectations of our customers, our shop extends statutory law and offers a 30-day policy of withdrawal from the purchase contract for any reason.

1. The customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of its receipt (delivery by courier/postal company) for any reason. If the order includes many items delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the return time is counted from the date of taking possession of the last item from the order.
2. The customer is obliged to inform us in writing, by e-mail or using the contact form on the Order Summary page that they wish to withdraw from the purchase contract. Please do not send the goods back until you receive information from us about the acceptance of the return and the address to which the returned item should be sent. Please remember that the goods do not always return to the place from which they were sent.
3. After we accept the return, the customer has 14 days to send back the item.
4. The customer bears the cost of return shipment. We do not accept COD returns and we are not responsible for the costs associated with such shipments. Returned goods must be verified by our employees before starting the refund procedure.
5. According to the law, the customer is obliged to return the product in a state not exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, as well as its features and functioning. The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the item is found to be used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, the refund amount is reduced by the amount of the cost of bringing the goods to the factory condition.
6. We kindly ask you to properly protect the returned item so that it does not get damaged during transport and send it back if possible in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for proper preparation for shipment and protection of goods.
7. We do not accept returns if the item shows signs of damage by the customer.
8. The refund for the returned item will be made in the form of payment in which you paid for the item.
9. We will refund the payments received from the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. For orders made to European addresses the refund includes delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option that we offered for the returned item.
10. Our company is charged by the carrier if the parcel has been returned because the customer has not collected the parcel on time or the buyer has refused to collect the parcel. In such situation the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
11. Information for customers located outside the European Union: If the customer refuses to accept the parcel due to the additional fees like customs fee and/or import duty imposed on the parcel then these fees are transferred to the sender. These fees will be deducted from the refund. If the additional fees will exceed the value of the order we will ask the customer to pay the difference or we do not accept the return. In such situation the carrier will destroy the parcel. No refund will be issued to the customer in such situations.
12. Any additional information about the reason for the return will help us to serve you better in the future.

Extended return service (90 days to return the item)

We realize that buying car parts online is not easy and convenient. Therefore, we offer a paid service to extend the return period from 30 days to 90 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods. Thanks to the extended return service, you don not have to worry about the long queue to the mechanic. In case of returning the goods, the service fee is not returned.

Exchange of mismatched parts

If the purchased parts do not match and have been selected by our consultants, please inform us immediately. WE EXCHANGE GOODS FOR ANOTHER as soon as possible (if the parts you received do not show any signs of use/assembly) and re-ship them at our expense. The exchange of goods will be made in accordance with the availability of the products in our shop. In the absence of parts for exchange we will refund the money.

In the event of returning the goods without adequate protection against damage, having traces of assembly/use or damaged by the customer, the goods will be resent at the recipient's cost by a courier.

Warning! If the part did not fit, because the customer modified the vehicle (factory or stand alone), the purchased item will be replaced with a matching one, however, the customer will be obliged to cover the costs of re-shipping.

Exchange of mismatched parts can be done within 30 days of delivery (or 90 days if you have purchased the extended return service). After this time the parts cannot be replaced.

Missing items or wrong product sent

Before accepting the package, check that the packaging is not damaged or has not been opened. If you are concerned that the contents of the package may be stolen, be sure to fill the report during collection in the presence of the person who delivered the package.

If you received the wrong item or there are items missing, take a clear picture of the outer packaging, visible shipping labels and the received item, then contact us. In the message, attach photos and the order number or email address used for the order.

Goods damaged during transport

If the product arrives damaged or does not work, please contact us immediately. Along with the message, please send a clear photo or video of the damaged product and outer packaging. Use good lighting and take a close photo so that we can identify and verify the problem(s). We will exchange the item for a new one or refund you the money.
