Shipping and delivery

1. What is the shipping cost to my location? Why the shipping costs is different that shown in the table in Delivery tab?

Shipping costs depends on 4 factors: weight of items the order, dimmensions of items in your ordery, country of delivery, city/town of delivery. Carriers have their different prices depensing on these factors and location of delivery. Delivery to remote areas and islands costs more. To check the shipping cost to your location add the desired items to the cart, then go to the checkout page, select your country and enter your postal code. Available shipping methods and prices will updated automatically according to your location and weight and dimension of your order.

2. What is the delivery time to my country and why it is estimated?

Delivery time depends on your exact location and delivery method you select in the checkout. Remote areas and islands usuaylly have a little longer delivery time. Delivery time is estimated because once the order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time may be affected by many factors that are beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, public holidays in the country of destination, border situation in transit countries, operational delays of the carrier, etc.). Delivery time presented in the delivery methods is counted in working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of delivery.

3. Do you offer free shipping? When I added the item to the cart your website showed me that the shipping will be free but in the checkout page it showed me that I have to pay for shipping.

No, we do not offer free shippings. Sorry :( You have seen the information about free shipping because your browser is in "Private Mode" or you use VPN or other software that masks you IP address. Our website could not determine which country are you from until you selected your country in the checkout page.

1. Estimated delivery time starts counting from the moment we hand over the package to the courier. Delivery time does NOT include dispatch time during which we process and pack your order.
2. We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after receiving payment, but some parts have longer dispatch time. You will find the dispacth time of the item under the price.
3. Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm London Time, excluding public holidays and days we have mentioned in our Terms and Condition, point § 3.9. Orders placed outside of our working hours will be processed the next business day.

5. All items will be dispatched to the address given on the order details. Make sure it is correct and include both door number and the street name. We cannot change the delivery address after the package has been shipped. Please ensure that somebody is available on the given address to collect the parcel. If the parcel will be returned because you provided an incorrect address or you did not collected the parcel we will deduct the return shipping cost from a refund as we are charged by the carriers in such situations.
6. For buyers located outside the European Union: import duties, taxes and other local fees are not included in the item's price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Since BREXIT this also applies to buyers from the United Kingdon (except Northern Ireland). Customers are solely responsible for complying with local laws. We are not responsible for shipments stopped by the customs office in the country of destination or destroyed by the customs office in the country of destination due to illegal goods in the country of destination.
7. The cost of shipping depends on many factors, such as the country of delivery, location (based on the zip code), dimensions and weight of the package. To check the exact cost of shipping to your location, add the desired item or items to the cart, then go to the checkout page, select the country you want to ship the order to and enter the postal code of the destination address.
