Before collecting the parcel, check if the packaging is undamaged or has not been opened. If you are afraid that the parcel's content might be stolen, remember to fill a report during the reception in the presence of the person who delivered it.

If you received wrong item, please follow these steps:

1. Take a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
